A contentious discussion over Richland Farms permit parking enforcement ended without formal action, with the city manager directed to present a consultant selection for a citywide parking study in September.

Public commenters raised concerns about World Oil environmental impacts, sheriff's department transparency and staffing, and the need for youth gang intervention over homeless spending.
